Establishment of National Cemeteries for War Veterans Act of 1945, 1945-06-22
This act authorizes the Secretary of War to acquire suitable sites for national cemeteries in each state and territory of the United States where one does not already exist, as well as in other states, territories, and possessions as needed for the burial of war veterans.
