Correspondence Regarding Veterans' Bills in Congress - 1946, 1946-04-25

The letter from Mr. Summerville urges Congressman Schwabe to use his influence to bring three bills concerning veterans benefits out of committee for consideration. Congressman Schwabe responds, stating that he is not a member of the committees handling these bills and does not have the power to move them forward.
