Correspondence between V.E. Caldwell and George B. Schwabe Regarding Veterans' Public Laws, 1945-11-24

Mr. V.E. Caldwell requested copies of Public Laws 346 and 16, as well as other literature related to veterans, from George B. Schwabe. Schwabe acknowledged the request and sent the requested material to Caldwell. Caldwell expressed gratitude for the assistance in his work as a Contact Representative with the Veterans Administration.
