Correspondence Regarding Support for H. R. 2788, the Gwynne Statute of Limitations Bill, 1945-10-18
Mr. Webb wrote to Congressman Schwabe urging his support for H.R. 2788, the Gwynne statute of limitations bill. Congressman Schwabe responded, expressing his support for the bill and promising to do everything he can to ensure its passage. Webb emphasized the importance of enacting the bill to prevent claims from accumulating and becoming a menace to industry. Schwabe was urged to keep the bill in mind and help get it passed in the same form as approved by the Judiciary Committee.
