Identifier: CAC_CC_047_1_7_30_0005
Mr. Schlueter wrote to Congressman Schwabe asking for his support of the Gwynne Bill and Congressman Walter's Administrative Law Bill. Schwabe responded, expressing his familiarity with the Gwynne Bill and his support for it, but stating he was not as familiar with the Administrative Law Bill. He mentioned concerns about the New Deal majority in Congress potentially not supporting the Gwynne Bill. Schwabe assured Schlueter that he would thoroughly familiarize himself with the Administrative Law Bill before making a decision.
