Mr. Clell W. Babler, an attorney at law in Vinita, Oklahoma, requested four specific public laws from Congressman George B. Schwabe. The Congressman's office promptly responded to Mr. Babler's request, providing him with duplicate copies of the requested laws. The letter from Congressman Schwabe's office expressed pleasure in being able to assist Mr. Babler.
