The letter from Mr. Arthur L. Cross, Secretary of Sand Springs Local 296, urges Congressman George B. Schwabe to vote "No" on H.R. 3937 and to use his influence to have oil properties under Navy seizure released immediately. Congressman Schwabe responds that he is not familiar with the bill but will study it and vote in the best interest of his constituents. He also thanks Mr. Cross for bringing the matter to his attention.
