Helen W. Smith, writing from Tulsa, Oklahoma, expresses concern to Mr. Schwabe about his vote against U.S. participation in the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization. She hopes that his vote does not reflect a negative attitude towards other proposed international organizations.
