Mr. E.G. Avery is writing to Congressman George B. Schwabe requesting help in transferring his wife, Mrs. Essie Jane Avery, from the Navajo Indian Reservation in Crownpoint, New Mexico to either Oregon or Oklahoma. Mrs. Avery is not satisfied with her current position and is unable to apply for transfers on her own.
