Mr. J.G. Beck requested an endorsement for his daughter, Mary L. Beck, for a Clerk-Typist position with the Farm Security Administration. Congressman George B. Schwabe, who has known the Beck family for over twenty years, provided a positive recommendation for Mary Beck to the Regional Director of the Farm Security Administration in Dallas. Congressman Schwabe expressed his willingness to assist the Beck family whenever possible.
