Correspondence Regarding the Appointment of Dr. Vernon A. Boucher in the Veterans Administration in 1945, 1945-09-06

Dr. Vernon A. Boucher was contacted for an appointment as a dentist in the Veterans Administration but declined due to opening his own office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He may be considered for a future appointment. Congressman George Schwabe assisted in the process and explained the appointment process and benefits of entering at a lower grade. Boucher expressed interest in a future appointment if a better opportunity arises.
