Mr. Emmett Brown, a District Agent with the United States Indian Service, is unhappy about being transferred from Tulsa to Tahlequah. He believes he is being unfairly treated due to his seniority, veteran's preference, and satisfactory work record. He seeks assistance from Honorable George B. Schwabe to present his case to Commissioner Brophy and address the issue of his transfer. Schwabe has already taken up the matter with Commissioner Brophy and enclosed a letter from Assistant Commissioner Zimmerman providing details of the transfer decision. Brown expresses his frustration with the transfer and his desire to remain in Tulsa for the sake of his family.
