Correspondence Regarding Mrs. Cameron's Retirement Deductions Refund, 1946-01-15
Item — Box: 7, Folder: 50
Identifier: CAC_CC_047_1_7_50_0001
Captain Ernest V. Cameron requested assistance from Congressman Schwabe in expediting the return of retirement deductions to his wife, Mrs. Alice M. Cameron, who had resigned from Civil Service work. Congressman Schwabe contacted the Civil Service authorities and the Foreign Economic Administration to facilitate the process, and provided the necessary forms for Mrs. Cameron to apply for the refund. The process was delayed due to a resignation in the Foreign Economic Administration and a high volume of applications. Congressman Schwabe and A. L. Warren, Secretary, offered further assistance if needed.
