Introduction and Transfer Request for John E. Carter to the Veterans Administration, 1946-01-19

George B. Schwabe, M.C. is writing to Mr. Dickensheet at the Veterans Administration to introduce John E. Carter, who is looking to transfer to the organization. Carter is a veteran of World War I with a background in finance and banking, as well as experience in veterans organizations. Schwabe believes Carter would be an asset to the Veterans Administration and requests that he be transferred to the Guarantee Loan Division.
