Career Progression and Prospects of Niss Elizabeth Church in Civil Service, 1945-01-01 - 1946-12-31

Niss Elizabeth Church has not been promoted in over two years and is now a CAF-3 despite previously being recommended for CAF-5. She is a competent secretary with legal experience but only types letters written by someone else. She is taking a course in Position Classification and is interested in personnel work. Mr. Hull has promised to interview her and help find a better position for her if no promotion is available in the Civil Service Commission.
