Protesting the OPA Plan: A Call for Congressional Action, 1945-09-26

The document consists of two letters, one from Mr. Kobel, Manager of Wheeler Lumber Company, protesting against the OPA plan for controlling construction costs, and the other from Congressman George B. Schwaibe agreeing with Mr. Kobel's views and expressing his own opposition to the OPA.
