Addressing the Housing Crisis: A Letter to Congressman Schwabe, 1945-01-01 - 1946-12-31

The letter is from W. M. Erdahl to Congressman George B. Schwabe, expressing concern about the high prices of houses and the difficulty in finding affordable housing for Skelly and other oil company employees. Erdahl urges Congressman Schwabe to consider legislation to place a sales ceiling on houses to address the housing situation. A reply from Congressman Schwabe's secretary, A. L. Warren, acknowledges the letter and states that Congressman Schwabe will be informed of Erdahl's views upon his return to Washington.
