Concerns of Independent Refineries: A Call for Legislative Action, 1946-03-09 - 1946-03-09

The letter is from Dan Danciger, president of Danciger Oil & Refining Co., to Hon. George B. Schwabe expressing concerns about the power of labor unions and their impact on businesses. Danciger requests legislation to restrict political contributions from unions, make closed shop agreements illegal, subject unions to anti-trust laws, regulate picketing during labor disputes, and hold unions accountable for collective bargaining agreements.
