The Importance of Good Government: A Response to Foreign Policy Concerns, 1946-04-06 - 1946-04-06
The letter is from George B. Schwabe to Sam F. Wilkinson, praising him for his stand on good government and criticism of the New Deal Administration's foreign policy. Schwabe also discusses the issue of borrowing money from citizens to lend to foreign countries and shares the results of a survey he conducted in Nowata County. The majority of respondents disagreed with continuing to borrow money for foreign countries. Schwabe expresses appreciation for Wilkinson's contribution to the Nowata Daily Star and thanks him for his public spirited act.
