1921 Letter from the Keystone Chapter R. A. Masons to Hon. L. M. Gensman Regarding the Proposed Relocation of Cheyenne and, 1921-01-01 - 1921-12-31

The El Reno Chamber of Commerce is writing to Congressman Gensman to request his help in blocking the potential relocation of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Indian Schools from Concho to Clinton, Oklahoma. They believe that the Indians, employees, and citizens of El Reno do not support this change and will be preparing a statement to further explain their position. They ask for an update on the status of the situation and express their gratitude for any assistance in preventing the relocation.
