Indian Housing Program for the Quapaw Tribe: Concerns and Clarifications, 1974-12-05
Barbara Lunsford wrote to Senator Dewey Bartlett expressing concerns about the Mutual Help Housing Program for the Quapaw Tribe. Bartlett forwarded her letter to the Cherokee Housing Authority, requesting clarification on the program. The Housing Authority responded stating that Lunsford's application showed she was over income and had no land, and suggested contacting the BIA agency office for further explanation. Bartlett assured Lunsford that the Housing Authority would contact her to address her concerns.
