Concerns of Charles E. Black: Housing and Veterans Preference, 1978-03-29

Mr. Charles E. Black wrote a letter to Senator Dewey F. Bartlett regarding his concerns about discrimination at the Chilocco Indian School, where he is employed. He expressed frustration about rent increases, lack of maintenance, and security issues at the school.
