Roy W. Cox wrote to Page Belcher inquiring about the Pawnee Indian claim and when they would receive money that had been appropriated to them. Belcher referred Cox to the attorneys for the Tribe in Tulsa for further information. Belcher assured Cox that he would look into the matter and provide an update.
