American Indian Calendar 1976: A Guide to Indian Celebrations and Events, 1976-05-10

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has published a calendar of Indian celebrations, ceremonials, fairs, and other special events open to the public in 1976. The 40-page booklet provides information on historical commemorations, arts and crafts fairs, rodeos, pow-wows, native dances, and more. It includes event listings by state, dates, and locations, as well as general advice for potential visitors. The calendar is available for purchase from the U.S. Government Printing Office, and review copies can be requested from the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
