Mrs. Buckmaster is requesting individual distribution of a judgement award for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, while the Commissioner of Indian Affairs is considering a "family plan" program for distribution. man Carl Albert sympathizes with Mrs. Buckmaster's desire for fair distribution and will continue to advocate for the fairest possible distribution of the funds.
