Mr. Jess Spring expresses his gratitude to Mr. Carl Albert for helping settle the matter of segregated coal and asphalt lands for the Choctaws and Chickasaws. He thanks Mr. Albert for his efforts and offers his services in return. Mr. Albert acknowledges Mr. Spring's letter and expresses his pleasure in helping the Indian people.
