Mrs. Brannan received a letter from Carl Albert, a congressman, regarding the sale of coal lands of the Choctaws and Chickasaws to the government. The Indian Office plans to pay living enrolled members first and then send proof of heirship notices to heirs of deceased members. Mrs. Brannan is advised to notify the Superintendent of the Five Civilized Tribes Agency of her change of address and provide information about her parents.
