Mrs. J. V. McClintic and her two daughters, Mary and Olive, are actively involved in aiding United States soldiers by providing entertainment for nearby camps in Maryland and Virginia. Mary is gaining popularity as a performer, while Olive was the first light entertainer. Mrs. McClintic is a member of the Washington Red Cross and is a director of the Franco-American organization, "Circle Francaise de Washington." She also received a kiss from General Joffre for her dedication to Red Cross work.
