Important Communication Regarding Premium Payments for Mining Operations, 1946-06-30

Mr. Graham received a letter from George B. Schwabe of the Reconstruction Finance Corporation regarding the payment of premiums for lead and zinc mining operations in the Tri-State District. The letter states that these payments are to be retroactive to June 30, 1946 and continue until June 30, 1947. The letter also mentions the veto of the OPA bill by the President and the subsequent approval of a new act.
