Opposition to Price Controls: A Letter from George B. Schwabe, M.C., 1946-07-12

George Schwabe, a member of Congress, received a communication from the Retail Merchants Association expressing disapproval of price control legislation. Schwabe notes that the majority of his constituents are also against price controls and appreciates the Association's input, which he included in the Congressional Record. The Association confirms their support for releasing the OPA and taking steps to protect the public from inflation... and unjust prices. See more
