Troubles with EDA Grant for Broken Bow Water System

The text is a series of communications regarding a grant application for the Broken Bow Public Works Authority's water project. The application was sent to the Farmers Home Administration in Stillwater, Oklahoma, but there was no reply. The sender, Carl Albert, followed up with the authorities and received confirmation that the application was received and being reviewed. Subsequent letters express frustration with the lack of information... and difficulty in reaching the right person for updates on the grant eligibility.
