Entitlement of Benefits for Dependents of Enlisted Men, 1946-01-01
The law allows illegitimate children of enlisted men to receive benefits as dependents, regardless of the mother's nationality. The author believes that this should be amended to exclude illegitimate children of enemy aliens in countries such as Germany, Austria, and Japan.
