Letter from Congressman James R. Jones to the United States Department of Agriculture Deputy Undersecretary for Legislative Affairs, Mr. John C. Fultz, regarding a letter Congressman Jones received from the President of the Oklahoma State Department of Agriculture, Mr. Billy Ray Gowdy. In this letter Congressman Jones received, President Gowdy regarding the lack of federal funds for the Federal-State Market Improvement Program in the USDA budget for fiscal year 1975.
