The letter addresses the elimination of funding for an Indian Health Service clinic for the Seminole Nation at Wewoka in the recent appropriations bill. The Speaker assures Chief Tanyan that they are working to have the proposal included in the 1976 budget and will keep him updated on their progress. The Speaker also expresses well wishes for Chief Tanyan's recovery from illness.
