Scope and Contents

The Native American Coalition of Tulsa, Inc. (NACT) is requesting an amendment to the American Indian Census Profile Project Grant in order to develop a more detailed and specific work plan with measurable and realistic objectives and activities. The amendment will also include a Project Management Plan and an Organizational Capabilities statement. The purpose of the project is to provide tools and techniques to Indian people, organizations, governments, and businesses to maximize their use of 1980 Census data for the betterment of Indian people. The project will span a three-year period and will be led by the Native American Coalition of Tulsa, Inc. (NACT).
