The Southwest Cooperative Educational Laboratory is a regional organization that provides educational resources and support to schools in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona. The Laboratory is directed by Dr. Paul V. Petty, and its members include representatives from each state's education department, as well as classroom teachers, school board members, and university professors and administrators. The Laboratory's mission is to improve educational opportunities and outcomes for all students in the Southwest region.
