Scope and Contents
The text contains a conversation between two people about a third person, Mrs. McCullough. Mrs. McCullough had called Burl, and he in turn called the person who is writing this memo, Norma. Norma told him that a letter had already been sent to Mrs. McCullough. Mrs. McCullough then called back and said that she understood the Senator would be in Oklahoma City the following weekend, and asked if the date of their meeting could be changed. Norma relayed this to Burl and he said he would let her know. However, on 4/28, Norma said that she still would not be able to accept the meeting.
