Scope and Contents
The text describes a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Women's Advisory Council on Poverty, held in preparation for the Council's upcoming meeting. It was decided at the meeting that, due to scheduling conflicts, the Council and the Community Representatives Advisory Council (CRAC) would not be able to meet jointly as previously planned. However, they agreed to try to schedule a joint meeting for early December. The agenda for the Council's upcoming meeting was discussed, and it was decided that a round-table discussion with Mr. Harding, in which Council members could offer constructive criticisms of OEO's operational problems, would be included. Guest speakers were also discussed.
