Scope and Contents

The Women's Advisory Council is excited about the potential for the new year, when the new Administration will bring new ideas and programs to combat poverty. The Council is also looking forward to its first Regional Conference in February, which will bring women's organizations together to focus on social issues. Finally, the Council is working on the concept of Coalitions of Women's Organizations, which will work together to address community and regional problems.
