Scope and Contents

The Southwestern Center for Educational Leadership (Southwest Cooperative Education Laboratory) is a non-profit, educational corporation based in Texas. It is governed by a 28-member Regional Council, which is made up of representatives from each of the four states served by the Southwest Cooperative Education Laboratory. The Council functions mainly through an eight-member Executive Board, which is responsible for making decisions on program and policy matters.
