Scope and Contents
This bill provides for the distribution of a $13.25 million judgment to members of the Osage Tribe. The money will be distributed per capita to members whose names appear on a 1908 roll, and will be used for education and other tribal programs. The bill also exempts the per capita payments from income taxes and from claims by creditors.
