Mr. Forest Gerard from the Indian Health department called Carl Albert's office to inform him that a replacement is needed for Justice Welch on the Surgeon General Advisory Committee on Indian Health. They are seeking Mr. Albert's preference for the appointment, suggesting Chief Belvin or his brother representing the Choctaws.
