Sen. Belvin mentioned that he had collected money from the Indians to pay bills and heard that the Chamber of Commerce was trying to keep Virgil at the hospital. Both men spoke negatively about Virgil's treatment of patients and Sen. Belvin suggested contacting someone to help keep Virgil in his position.
