Mrs. Stults wrote to Carl Albert seeking information on how to claim her deceased father's share of Indian money from the sale of coal and asphalt lands. Albert informed her that proof of heirship notices will be sent out by the Indian Office after living members have been paid, and suggested she notify the Superintendent to receive these notices. He also offered further assistance if needed.
