Scope and Contents
Mrs. Cora Smith wrote a letter to Carl Albert regarding the settlement of coal lands for the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations. Albert responded that payments will be made to the heirs of deceased members, with proof of heirship notices being mailed out for completion.
