Scope and Contents
Mrs. Regina Stambeck inquired about the sale of Indian lands in Wilburton, Oklahoma to ex-service people. Congressman Carl Albert forwarded her inquiry to the Office of Indian Affairs, who advised her to contact Superintendent Roberts for further information once the sale is concluded. The lands will soon pass to the United States and will be no longer under the jurisdiction of the Office of Indian Affairs.
