Scope and Contents

Allen Wright wrote a letter to Carl Albert thanking him for his efforts in helping to settle the payment issue for members of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations. Albert responded, informing Wright that the Indian Office is in the process of writing regulations to make payments to all living enrolled members, which should be completed within sixty days. Albert also expressed his willingness to be of service to Wright in the future.
