The letter from Carl Albert, M.C. informs Mrs. Hazel M. Eubanks about the distribution of payment to members of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations for the sale of their coal lands to the government. He explains that deceased members' shares will be distributed to their heirs after proof of heirship is determined. Living enrolled members will be paid first on a per capita basis.
