W.W. "Bill" Keeler, former Principal Chief of the Cherokees, is being honored at a banquet in Tahlequah. The event will feature the unveiling of a portrait of Chief Keeler by artist Charles Banks Wilson. Reservations for the banquet can be made by calling Robert May in Bartlesville.
