Scope and Contents
Mrs. Ida Hensley wrote a letter to Carl Albert, a member of Congress, inquiring about her Choctaw roll number. Carl Albert advised her to write to the Superintendent of the Five Civilized Tribes Agency in Muskogee, Oklahoma to obtain the information. He also informed her that payments for Choctaw and Chickasaw coal lands would be sent out by the Superintendent without any further action needed on her part. Mrs. Hensley's sister also wrote a letter to her requesting the roll number.
